Hale Avery Funeral Rites On Saturday Funeral services for Hale -Avery will be conducted at 3 p.m. Saturday Saturday at the Precht Funeral Home by the Rev. J. Edward Rains. Burial will be in East Lawn Memorial Memorial Park. A retired grocer, Mr. Avery died about 7:30 p. m. Wednesday at his 902 N. Western Ave. home. Born in Higbee Feb. 9. 1875, he was the son of the late J.-'J. and Cynthia Avery. On Aug.. 5, 1897 he was married to Pearl Newman who survives. Other survivors include nine children, Mrs. G. C. Atkins, Mrs'. Dewey Plybon, Mrs. Robert Workes, Kenneth Avery, and Eugene Eugene Avery, all of Mexico, and Chester Avery of Laddonia, Clifford Clifford Avery of Center, Mrs. Claude Coonce of Hay ward, Calif, "and Mrs. Chester Williams of Stoutsvine: Stoutsvine: Three brothers, John and Cash Avery of Higbee ;and R. M. Avery of Fayette; one sister. Mrs. Isaac Griggs of Higboe: 15 grandchildren grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. One child died in infancy while "three brothers 1 and three sisters also preceded Mr.' Avery in death.
