Members of the Eastbay German colony will celebrate a German "Volkafest" Sunday at Hermansons' Park, in Dublin Canyon. Features of the day Include a "Fruhschoppen" at which Dr. H. G. Lohmann, vice-president of the Oakland Turnverein, will preside as toastmaster, a shooting contest, and children's play and contests.
