Nora Springs Youth Will Study Music in U. S. Navy Frederick Ritze Is Given Farewell Party by Band Members. NORA SPRINGS — Frederick Ritze. son of Mrs. Edith Ritzc. left for Des Moines where he will join '0 other boys of the state going to Son Diego, Cal., who have enlisted in the navy for three years. He will take a special course in band music there. Frederick was graduated from high school here in 1935 and had taken training in band music all through his high school years. This year he studied journalism at the Iowa State college at Ames. He was given a farewell party at Clear Lake by the high school band instructor. Robert Ruby, and his band and was presented a gift by the Christian Endeavor society of the Evangelical church. FKEOKIUCK K1TKE
