of that cargo with Kolgaarden Claims Misrepresentations in Stock Transfer A second action involving alleged misrepresentations with reference to stock in the J. E. Decker and company was among a score of petitions filed Wednesday afternoon Thursday morning in the office of the clerk. In this petition Ole Kolgaarden, the plaintiff, names A. T. Clouse and the Decker firm as defendants and alleges that he disposed of shares of Decker common at ?77 share to Mr. Clouse. Clouse had represented himself as an agent o£ Decker company, according to the petition. Mr. Kolgaarden, whose petition was filed by^Attorney L. R. Boomhower, contended the stock is now and was worth at the time the alleged transfer $150 a share. The further allegation is made that the stock has not yet been transferred on the books' of , the pa citing company and Mr. Kol- gaarden asked that the transfer of stock be rescinded.
