The members of the "Washington of the National Federation of American Homing Pigeon Fanciers held their second annual banquet last evening at Vendome Hotel. Brief speeches were made or toasts given by a large of those present. The guests from out of town were: W. Callis, secretary of the Amerlcus Club; Walter Conser, race secretary of the Oriole Club; John Matthews, treasurer treasurer of the Maryland district; C. J. miller, race secretary of the Belmont district, and Jphn Hatter, a member the Amerlcus Club, all of Baltimore. The officers of the Washington district are: President, William. J. Toy; first president, Harry Herfurth; second vice president. Dr. R. R. Ash/worth, and secretary-treasurer, W. F. Dismer. Those present at the banquet were: H. H. Dickinson, J. T.
