Minter, om- M a Lies Helpless For 45 Minutes After a fall at her home Tuesday morning, Mrs. Henry G. Krout, 75 years old, lay on the floor suffering from a broken left hip for 45 minutes before she was found. She was admitted to the Harrisburg city hospital Wednesday. Mrs. Krout was alone in the house at the time of the accident her husband having gone to visit relatives at East Berlin on Saturday. Saturday. About 9 o'clock Tuesday morning Mrs. Krout stood on a chair to place a bouquet of flowers on the shelf of the buffet. She lost her balance and fell to the floor. Lying helpless on the floor, and suffering great pain, the woman vainly attempted to attract neighbors neighbors to the scene by calling to A number of times she called for Mary Stouffer, residing next door but as the radio was in operation there, her cries for help were not heard. Three-quarters of an hour elapsec when Mrs. William Wierman, who lives across the street, came to visii Mrs. Krout, and found her. She once summoned help. Mr. Krout and two of his daughters, Mrs. James Duttera and Mrs Otto Myers, East Berlin, were notified notified of the accident and arrived the house several hours later.
