Church Vows Unite Couple Rev. John M. Watkins officiated officiated at the private ceremony at 11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 24, when Mrs. Patricia Morrison Wiley of 453 Heathcoat Road became the bride of Moffat Patrick Witherington Witherington of Lake Norman. Mrs. Clinton Clontz of Troutman presented a prelude of wedding music for the ceremony, which was witnessed by members of the couple's immediate families. The bride is a daughter of Walter Ziem Morrison of Monti- cello Drive and the late Mrs. Morrison. Her husband is a son of Mrs. Ben Witherington, E. Broad St., Statesville, and the late Mr. Witherington. Miss Mary Witherington was maid of honor and Miss Jane Wiley served as a bridesmaid. The bridegroom's son, Moffat Patrick Witherington, Jr., was best man and groomsmen were Malcolm Wiley, Richard Morrison, and Harold Tarleton of Alexandria, Va. A noon breakfast at the Holiday Inn followed the ceremony. The meal was served from a buffet table. The bridal couple will make their home in Statesville and at Lake Norman.
