Ferre Receives Penitentiary Term One to 20 years in the state prison was the sentence impos'ed on Neil Ferre, Pleasant View, wfto pleaded guiity Friday to a charge of second degree burglary before District Court Judge Abe W. Turner. Ferre was implicated as the person who broke into and stole from the Girls' home in North fork, Provo canyon November 15. He was brought into court on a complaint filed November 29 and arrested by sheriff's officers. December 1 City Judge Raymond B. Holbrook', pro tempore, bound him over to district court. Alma Ferre, and Mrs. Susie Ferre, named on the same complaint, were not heard in court. Mrs. Ferre has never been held by offices. Arrest followed asserted finding of loot from the girls' home at the Ferre property in Pleasant View.
