(Q)—I would like to know why there Isn't a place where teenagers can go to dance. Yes, we have the YMCA and Youth Center, but you have to buy a membership for this. Kids want to hear bands perform like they had at the White Stallion. Could you please find out why there Isn't a teen dance club where you don't have to buy a membership, but can go to meet people and to have fun? J.H., Dover (A)—Sorry, J.H. The YMCA Club Co-Ed membership is only $1.50 and the New Philadelphia Youth Center fee is 4 bits cheaper than that. We don't think you'll get a band for that price, let alone free. The White Stallion and its successor, the Pink Fink, couldn't make a go of it with "name" bands. Other- Wise, have you tried participating in some of the 40 activities at your; school?.
