NEWS about MENDOCINO COUNTY OMEN f*o Woodward Driftwood Hospital scene of celebration Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Aubert, 309 S. Bush Street, celebrated their 45th wedding anniversary Sunday at Driftwood Convalescent Convalescent Hospital where Mr. Aubert is a patient. Making the anniversary a very special occasion were the couple's daughter, two granddaughters granddaughters and great grandson who traveled to Ukiah from Portland, Ore. The Auberts were married April 8,1928 in Hot Springs, S.D. Three of their four children were born in South Dakota, and the fourth was born in Colorado, where the couple made their home before coming to California in 1952. The Aubert's first home in California was in San Bernardino Bernardino where Mr. Aubert worked for Kaiser Co., and later for the school district. They moved to Ukiah six years ago when their youngest son, James Aubert, was minister of the 4- Square Gospel Church, here. Mrs. Dearth and her husband the Rev. O.K. Dearth, also are ministers and their son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Darrell Helmer, are studying for the ministry. Another daughter of the 45- year-weds is Betty Bishop of Auburn, Calif. A son Bob Aubert, resides in Auburn, Wash., and James, who no longer resides in Ukiah, is pastor of a church in Beaumont. Other guests at the anniversary anniversary celebration were the Rev. and Mrs. Don Hammons, Mr. and Mrs. Merlin Brown and daughter Sandy Swanson, all of Ukiah. MENDOCINO Edna M. Langseth, P.O.
