McCall temporary receiver of th George Treadwell Company on th application of Stead man, Thompson & Andrews. This corporation was formed a few years ago with a capital f $1,000,000. About 1628,000 was Issued, part preferred and part common stock. James R. Duncan of this city, stockholder and ths cashier, has eommenoed an action for the dissolution of ths company. He alleges th total value of the assets to be $150,000 If sold by the company, or C00.0OO If disposed of by EherUTs sale. At least ten actions have been commenced against the company, and the property has been levied on. Amonr ths creditors are Leopold Loewus, 1517; Henry F.
