—Mrs. Barbara Overholser, wife of Martin Overholser,of Coleta, and mother mother of Mr. J. P. Overholser, of this city, died this morning at a o'clock, ut her home. She had been sick all spring with a liver complaint, but had partially partially recovered, and was enabled to make a visit with her daughter at Morrison, where she was again taken ill about one week ago. She was taken home immediately, and last night grew rapidly rapidly worse and died this morning. She was seventy-eight ysars of age. She was married to Mr. Overholser about lifty years, and reared a large family of children, of whom ulna are living. She did a great deal of good in this life, and when death came, she was prepared prepared to go. She was not afraid of death, ftrid her only regret waa lu being Heps- rated from ht*r husband and family.
