Foster told Federal Judge Louderback yesterday when Paul Buses pleaded guilty to making bogus dollars and Mrs. Buses pleaded guilty to passing them. Buses was sentenced to four years in a Federal penitentiary and Mrs. Buses' case was referred to Probation Officer Charles H. Upton.
