Superintendent T. H. Johnson presented the trophy which the Ducks won in Georgetown’s basketball basketball tournament to the captain captain of the team, Moses Buzan. This gave mort of the students their first good look at this newest newest acquisition of the team. Taylor High was well represented represented yesterday at the Central Texas Drama, Journalism, and Speech convention in Georgetown Georgetown attended. This meeting is preliminary to the regional interscholastic interscholastic meets. Next Tuesday and Friday nights our basketball team will try to add more victories to their string of district wins. They will play Georgetown and Belton, in that order in Taylor gym.
