Taylor’s Civil Air Patrol Is To Be Organized Plans for a Taylor unit of the Civil Air Patrol were outlined at a meeting of Taylor flyers and plane enthusiasts at the Taylor airport Thursday night. Members of the Austin unit who came over for the meeting w’ere the commanding officer Capt. L. J. Marks, and his wife who is a lieutenant in the Austin Austin patrol. Others from Austin were Lt. W. M. Parkes, adjutant; Lt. C. V. Ingersol, executive officer, officer, and Dorothy Whitehead. Organization of a Taylor unit is scheduled for Wednesday night. Attending the meeting were J. Briggs, G. W. Brooks, E. B Hoover, W. T. Bradford, W. C Decker, Melvin Tegge, Joe Prik- ryl, Morris Flanningan, Mr. and Mrs. Len Rogers, Victor Frase, Jr., Ralph Thonig, Kenneth Johle, Johle, Jack Hamilton, Bob Sims, Raymond Valenta, Cecil Frase, Wilton Frase, Gene Trevino, A T. Robledo, R. A. Fuentes, E. A. Kotrla, A. A. D’Aigle, and Mayo Tanner.
