Dodd by deed dated November 15, 1917 and recorded in the deed records of Waller County, Texas in volume 45 at page 138, to all of which reference is here made. 569 acres out of Section No. 15 in the H&TS Ry Co. Survey, Abstract No. 182, and more particularly described described as follows, to-wit: Part of the North half of Section No. 15 granted to the H&TC Ry Co. by virtue of certificate certificate No. 208 Abstract No. 182 and being the same land conveyed by E. L. Felker et ux to M. A. Dodd by deed dated November 28, 1915 and recorded recorded in the deed records of Waller County, Texas in volume 44 at page 111, and containing 60 acres of land; and 100 acres of land being that part of Section No. 15 in Block No. 1 granted by the State of Texas to the H&TC Ry. Co. and being the same land conveyed by Clara Dwyer to M. A.
