Gerald Williams, b/m 41 years old, Suspect in Beheadings of two women in East St. Louis Is Freed. Last week detectives of the violent Cries Task Force of Madison and St. Clair Counties began investigating another man in the killings -- Samuel Ivery, 35, described as a drifter from California. Ivery was charged with the beheading of a service station clerk in Mobile Alabama, on August 15. A security Camera made a video tape of Ivery committing the crime.
