No grand jury action will be required, as the result of the accident in which Harry Otto, 22, Cessna lost his life December 5, it was determined by a coroner's jury inquiring into circumstances of his death last night. After testimony during the inquest conducted by Coroner Vernon Geisel, the jury found that Warren Claar, 59, of Claysburg At. 1, the driver of the other vehicle involved, was not criminally negligent, and accordingly should not be held... continued on page 2.
