Miller is charged specifically with letting fire to the home of his mother-in-law, Mrs. Jane Bolsienski, Downingtown RD 1. The fire was discovered by Mrs. Bolsienski before it got out of hand. She extinguished it herself. State Troopers at the Thorndale barracks said other charges will be added to this one as soon as complaints are sworn out.
