It may be legal but it seems wrong in soooo many ways. State Senator McGill buys 131 acres of land for 360K at a bank foreclosure/sells it forty acres of the land 48 hours later to the Williamsburg County school board for 400K. LOL - in 1991, the quote says "he made a Donald Trump deal"....I had to do a double take. However, Donald Trump wasn't in elected office in the state - Yancy McGill was. The appearance of this is disgraceful. But he's a Democrat - or was then - so it's ok...
