Oliver, 66, of HClarke St. died yesterday at the Henderson Home on Clarke Street after a six-months illness. . , . . - , He was employed at the Viking for many years as -a" chief engineer. He also had worked as a fisherman. Mr. Oliver leaves three daughters, Mrs. Ann I.onge of Providence, Mrs. Frank Miller of Battle Creek, Mich., and Horace Cartwright of Paris, Texas; two sons, John and Oliver, both of Providence. His wife was the late Ann Rielly Oliver. took place Saturday from the O'Neill Funeral Home lo St. Mary's Church for a solemn high mass. The Rt. Rev. John T. Shea, pastor, was celebrant. Singing was by the St. Mary's Boy's Sanctuary Choir. Burial was in St. Columba's Cemetery. Bearers were George Cudwprth, John Oliver, Carl Oliver arid Frank uuver. y; .
