SwimQub Splashes 1,000 See Meet ALDAN—An estimated 1,000 spectators gathered at Aldan! Swim Club to witness the fourth annual individual championships staged by the Delco Swim League. Highlighting the program was the presentation of awards to the league's top teams and individual winners. Yeadon Swim Club, annual champ since the league was organized, repeated this season thus gaining permanent possession of the perpetual trophy awarded in 1958. Bud Clarke, general chairman of the league, presented a new trophy to the championship club. It was accepted by two outstanding Yeadon swimmers, Phil Eanieri and Biil Feehery. Division trophies were awarded to Yeadon, winner of the Blue Division, and Lansdowne, winner of the Red Divisiion. The Bruce Harlan Memorial Trophy was captainel by Springfield, whose Tom Daiello won the senior diving competition. Plaques were presented for first place in the individual champion ship events, gold medais for second, third and fourth and bronze medals for fifth and sixth.
