Plane pieces 'buried' by search team Members of the San Gorgonio Search and Rescue team hiked in Saturday to the airplane crash site on the east side of San Gorgonio searched the area and then buried the shattered remains of the craft. The plane carrying four persons crashed March 2,1957. A record check of the identification identification numbers verified that this wreckage was the same aircraft. The crash scene was spotted Wednesday by a private pilot. Sheriff's Inspector Willard Farquhar hiked into the area on Thursday to verify it was the missing plane. The search Saturday turned up about $2 in change and a few bones, deputies said. Aboard the missing Cessna 170 at the time of the crash Mrs. Marjorie King, 35, of Los Angeles, her mother, Mrs. Marjorie Kumbler, La Jolla, and two friends from England, Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Wiersdma.
