Something to drink, St. Patrick's Day, 1950
Minted Iced Teat 4 sprigs of mint, 6 tablespoons lemon juice, 6 cups hot tea, sugar. Bruise leaves of the sprigs of mint. Add lemon juice. Pour hot. tea. over these. Permit to steep for, hour. Strain and chilL Serve over crushed ice garnished with mint leaves. Add sugar as desired.
