GOULD CHOSEN PRESIDENT -Election of Officers by Pennsylvania Poor Directors. Altoona, Pa., Oct. 17.—At the second day's session of the Twenty-seventh annual convention of the Association of the Directors of the Poor and Charities Charities of Pennsylvania Somerset was selected as the next place of meeting . after considerable discussion in the op'en meeting.
