BORN IN RICHVILLE Mr. Mikesell was born in Richville, Richville, Morgan County, June 28, 1881, the son of Willard R. and Elizabeth Roberts Mikesell. He served as second counselor to Bishop Daniel Carter of the Porterville Porterville Ward from December of 1930 to May 1936. He also worked in the Sunday School and MIA. He is at present secretary of the High Priest Quorum. Mrs. Mikesell was born Dec. 8, 1887 in Centerville, Davis County, County, the daughter of Ozias and Angeline Kilbourn. She has served in the ward Primary as president, counselor and teacher, and as Relief Society visiting teacher, both in Porterville and Harrisville. Mr. and Mrs. Mikesell had four children, all of whom are still living. They are: Mrs. Lorin (Erma) Dickson, of Clearfield; Willard O. Mikesell, Rawlins, Wyo.; J. Hyrum Mikesell, serving in the U. S. Navy in Japan, and Clifton Mikesell, of Porterville. They have 14 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
