Tex., July 20 The first bale of cotton of this season was brought here this week. It was raised by Urbana Castillo on John Otholts' farm, ginned by E. Koenig-, bought by Robinson Brothers Company for 23c per pound and weighed 556 pounds. This is a week earlier than previous first bales. There will be quite a number of bales brought in before Aupr. 1. as the hot, weather is causing cotton to open quickly. BPWORTH
