Defendants, By virtue of a judgment of the Court of Common Pleas, for said County and State, made In the above entitled action, I will sell at public auction, at Orangeburg Court House, on the first Monday in January next, during the legal hours of sale, the following des;riled real estate : 1. ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND, situate, lying and being In Caw Caw Township, in the County and State aforesaid, known as the "Mill Tract," containing sixty-four (64) acies, more or less, and bounded North-west by lands of Jerry Guignard, David Horger and George Govan; North by Estate lands of J. F. Riley, deceased, South-east by lands of said Harriet L. Antley and Benjamin uouer, and South by lands of Benjamin Colter. 2. ALL THAT CERTAIN OTHER TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND, situate, lying and being in Orange Township, In the County and State aforesaid, containing forty-live (46) acres, more or less, and known as the "Jamison Tract," and bounded on the North-east By lands ot the South Carolina Railway Company, and on all other sides by lands of said Harriet L. Antley. 3. ALL THAT TRACT OF LAND situate, lying and being in the County and State aforesaid, containing three hundred and twenty-seven (327) acres, more or less, and mounded North by lands now or lately of the Estate of John F. Riley, on the Northwest by Sadler's Swamp, on the South-west by lands of F. J. Higdon and F. M. Baugh-man, on the South by lands of M. M. Inab-lnet, and on the South-east by Estate lands of John Miller. 4. ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND, situate, lying and being In the County and State aforesaid, containing three hundred and forty-four (344) acres, more or less, and bounded North by lands now or lately of John F. Riley, East by lands of the South Carolina Railway Company, South by lands of 8. B. Canaday and West by lands of J. G. Wannamaker. The two last mentioned tiacts being tte lands conveyed to said Harriet L. Antley by William M. Hutson, Master, and George Boliver, Receiver.
