Mrs. Butler is survived by a son, Harry Paddock, Ravenna, Ohio; three daughters, Muriel Cooney, Cleveland; Mildred Haf- fley, Kent, Ohio, and Mrs. Mar- garet Merkel, Cumberland; a sister, Miss Julia Ann Canter- berry, Bozoo, W. Va.; 16 grand children and 21 great-grand- children. The body will be taken to the W. L. Shorts Funeral Home in Ravenna, Ohio. Friends will be received there Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Services will be held there Wednesday at 1 p. m.,with Rev. Harris Tiliman officiating. In- terment will be in Grandview Memorial Park, Ravenna. County, she also was employed as a nurse in Hot Springs, N. Mex., and at the Mayo Clinic, Rochester, Minn. She was a member of St. Patrick's Catho- lic Church and the sodality. Surviving are a son, William T. Wise, Luray, Va.; two ers, Mrs. Mary Bray Patter- on, Nashville, Tenn., arid Mrs. ROBERT REID Robert Paul Reid, 68, of 41 South Main Street, Keyser, for- merly of 123 Cumberland Street, died yesterday at Memorial Hospital where he had been a patient two weeks. Mr. Reid was a retired as- sistant fire chief of the Cumber- land Fire Department and also a retired member of the guard f o r c e at Allegany Ballistics Laboratory. A native of Cumberland, he was a son .of the late Robert L. and Mary V. Baker Reid. His first wife, Edna (McLaughlin) Reid, died in 1951. Surviving are his second wife, Zerna F. Reid, Keyser; a daughter, Mrs. Margaret Kes- sel, Keyser; two stepchildren, John W. Kessel and Mrs. Joann Welch, Keyser; a stepsister, Mrs. Mabel Bogler, city, and a brother, James A. Reid, Hynd- man, and two grandchildren. The body F u n e r a l is at the Residence Silcox where friends will be received today from 7 until 9 p. m. and tomor- row from 2 until 4 and 7 until 9 p. m.
