Eavey, Naomi and sisters - Endeavor Society 28 Feb 1933
Program Given By Endeavor Society One of the most interesting programs programs ever presented by the Christian Christian Endeavor Society of the First Christian church "was given on Sunday Sunday evening. The program was opened by the president, LeRoy Smith, and the singing of the C. E. Song written by Naomi Eavey. This was followed followed -with prayer led by Onlta Crosswhite. The topic was "Why Marriages Succeed or Fail." The Scripture was read and explained by Miss Elizabeth Saum. Miss Naomi SchlotterbeclE sang a solo and five lessons on "Life" were given given by Misses May Eavey, Jane Eavey, Myrtle Shlngleton, Evelyn Keller and Leonard Shlngleton. 'In the Garden" wan sung by a sextet sextet composed .of the following: Misses Jane Eavey, May Eavey, Naomi Eavey, Onita Crosswhlte, Myrtle Shingleton and Thelma Shingleton. A very forceful talk was given by Mr. Lowell*on the subject of the program. The C. benediction and the singing of "Blest Be the Tie" closed the program. program.
