Walter V. Nutter Dies At Age 50 Walter Virgil Nutter. 50, of 115 Gallagher Ave., died of a heart attack attack at 7 a.m. today at the H. C. God man Co. shoe factory where he was employed. Mr. Nutter, a native of Coalgate, collapsed in the company office where he had gone after he became ill. A son of Benjamin H. and Grace Stone Nutter, he lived in Hocking County all his life and had been a Godman employe for 23 years. He was a leather sorter. Survivors include four sons, Fred and Stanley, both of Logan! Carl of Columbus and Jack of the U.S. Army; a daughter Mrs. Maxine Chism of Columbus; two brothers Harry of Columbus and William of Lancaster; three sisters, Mrs. Juanita Carr and Mrs. Icie Forrest, both of Columbus, and Mrs. Della Spencer of Walbridge; and four grandchildren. Funeral service will be held at 2:30 p.m. Thursday at the Roberts Funeral Home, with the Rev. D. S. Dunkle officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home after 9 a.m. Wednesday.
