TRAINMEN'S WIDOWS ARE AWARDED $70,000 New York, April 26. (AP). Judgements Judgements totaling $70,000 were awarded in Brooklyn federal court today to the widows of two trainmen who were killed in a Pennsylvania railroad railroad accident Mrs. Elizabeth Heffner, 83, of La-valle, La-valle, La-valle, Pa, received a verdict for $40,-000 $40,-000 $40,-000 and Mrs. Matilda Minchoff, 81, of (2061 West Market street) Pottsville, Pa., was awarded $30,000. The women sued the Pennsylvania railroad after their husbands, Frank J. Minchoff, conductor, and Clayton R. Heffner, brakeman, were killed in a collision between two trains at Norristown, Pa., March 22, 1934,
