4 Decorah Men Crash To Death in Flaming Airplane DECORAH, IA. I/I'i-Four De-; corah men crashed to their deaths' last night when a kit of landing' flares apparently was ignited' turning their plane into u flaming; torch. I The four-place Acronnea • plane hurst into flames several hundred feet in the air as it was about to land here after a night training flight. The plane crashed and burned in a 'pasture about n half mile south of the air field. The magnesium flares charred the victims' bodies beyond recognition, delaying identification several hours.
