Hazel DeShazo Miss Hazel DeShazo, of 756-8th SE, died Saturday, Aug. 28, at St. Joseph's Hospital. Funeral services were set for Tuesday, Aug. 31, at 11 a.m. at the United Pentecostal Pentecostal Church in Cunningham Cunningham with the Rev. J. D. Watson officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Lawn Cemetery in Cooper. Miss DeShazo was born on March 6, 1912 in Jackson, Okla., the daughter of Charlie DeShazo and Anna Dowd Wilhite. She operated Krumps Cafe in Cooper and Hazel's Cafe in Paris. Survivors include one sister, Mrs. J. B. Williams; of Cunningham and several nieces and nephews. Two brothers preceded her in death, Orbus DeShazo, in 1955 and Lois DeShazo in 1979. The family will receive friends Monday from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Bright-Holland Funeral Home.
