Â· A number of young women fr6m William Woods College of Fulton are to put on a special program at the Capitol Avenue Christian ihurch tomorrow night. President Cockerell and some dozen young women gave a program based on a study of The American Home at the Union Avenue Christian Church in St. Louis two weeks ago and were highly commended thereof. Misses Danelle Sheley and Helen St. George of Jefferson City are of the number who went to St. Louis': and who will be in Jefferson City. Two special musical numbers will be provided by the young women and ihere will be an address by about four girls in "addition to President Cockerell's address. The local choir of young people will be in their as usual. This choir is enthusiastic and is leading the . music of constantly increasing Sunday evening audiences. The Religious Study department at: Williams Woods is an .innovation and Miss Sheley .is quite a factor it; the work being done through a C. E. Society in part. They make studies and gather opinions especially from students and are giving their points of view with reference to the basis of the Christian Home and its influence: This service will Â· be at 7:"30 p.'m. and of course the public is cordially invited. The young people from Fulton will arrive late in the. afternoon and will be given an "informal reception by the Senior Sopiety of Christian Endeavor, in their room at the Church".
