- - - GIRL MOTORIST REPLIES TO SUIT Miss Florence Druzba Denies Knowledge of Boy's Detah i Denying she had any knowledge of striking Arthur Yoh, 16, who died as the result of a coasting mishap at Thirteenth and Muhlenberg streets, last February 16, Miss Florence Druzba, 400 N. Sixth st., yesterday filed an answer to a $15,000 damage suited by Mrs. Catherine Yoh, 1242 Muhlenberg st., mother of the boy. The fact that Yoh was coasting on that particular street was In violation violation of police regulations of the city, the answer contended. "I admit," Miss Druzba stated, "I was operating father's car. I have no knowledge of having come into contact contact with or colliding with Arthur Yoh. Sometime after the alleged accident, accident, I was informed that an accident accident had taken place." Her father, John Druzba, named as co - defendant in the suit, also filed an answer, denying that his daughter was driving his car in the capacity of his agent or servant. Miss Druzba was acquitted of an involuntary manslaughter charge at the March term of criminal court. Mrs. - Yoh oontends the girl failed to stop after the accident, dragging the boy under the car for several hundred feet. .
