to made by Sister Mary Callista Sister Mary Callista CSJ, a member of the public relations department at Kokomo's St.' Joseph Memorial Hospital, died Sunday morning in the hospital following a coronary heart attack. Born in Dublin, Ireland, she was the daughter of Thomas and Bridget (McCray) Kelly. At the invitation of Mother M. Gertrude, she entered St Joseph Novitiate in Tipton in August, 1909, and made her perpetual vows in August, 1919. At the close of her novitiate, she taught in the primary department of parochial schools in Kokomo, Marion, Tipton, and Elwood. In 1926, she entered the field of nursing, and became a registered nurse In 1929. She was a nurse in St. charlesHospital, Bend, Ore.; St. Joseph Hospital here, and Mercy Hospital, Elwood. In the latter two she served as administrator. In 1952, she was elected the fourth member of the Council for the Sisters of St. Joseph, Tipton, and had served in that capacity for six years. She had been In the public relations department at the hospital here since 1959. Surviving are a sister, Mrs. Florence Enright, a brother, Patrick Kelley; and nieces and nephews, all of Dublin, Ireland. Funeral rites will be conducted Wednesday at 10:30a.m. in the St. Joseph Mother House, Tipton. Burial will be in the Community Cemetery at the academy. Friends may call at the Mother House In Tipton this afternoon and this evening. Mrs. Zimmerman Mrs. Lovina (Petty) Zimmerman, 96, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. John (Murel) Durham, 708 E. Superior, Sunday at 1:20 p.m. The daughterofEliandEllza- beth Shrock, she was born in Miami County April 19,1868. 1887, she was married to William Petty, and he preceded in death in 1925. In 1929, she married William Zimmerman, and he died in 1953. She was a member of the North Grove United Brethren Church. Surviving with Mrs. Durham are another daughter, M r Omer (Anna) Loop, Santa Barbara, Calif.; two brothers, Eli Shrock, Dallas, Tex., and William Shrock, Amboy; four grandchildren, and 11 great- grandchildren. Three sons preceded her in death. Funeral services will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. in the Peacock Funeral Home with the Rev. Luke Martin officiating. Burial will be in Shrock Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 11 a.m. today. Kokomo man's brother dies at Piqua, O. William Arthur Haworth, 53, of Piqua, O., brother of Ray Catron of Kokomo, died Monday at his home. He had suffered heart trouble ' for some time. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Friday in the New Friends Church with Rev. Robert HeavEln officiating. Friends may call at the Stout and Son Funeral Home, Russiaville, after 4 p.m. Thursday.
