Joseph Malinowski Sr Joseph Malinowski Sr., 73, uf 15 Worthington Ave. died early this morning in a convalescent home following an extended illness. He was born in Putusk, Poland, Aug, 2, 1894, to the late Anthony and Balbina Sczerba Malinowski. He had been a resident of New Castle for 55 years and his wife, the former Genevieve Bujny, preceded him in death on Jan. 9, 1965. He was a retired employe of the Sharon Steel Corp. Mr. Malinowski was a member of the Jehovah Witness Congregation and the Spojna Lodge, Surviving are three sons, Joseph of New Castle, Edward of Pittsburgh and Lawrence of Binghamton, N.Y.; a daughter, Stella uf New Castle; two brothers, Stanley and Rok, both in Europe; a sister, Maria Anna in Europe and 11 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wire and two brothers, John and Adam. Friends will be received at the Noga Funeral Home, S. Mill and E. Reynolds Streets, from 7 to 9 p.m. tomorrow and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday. The service will be held Tuesday morning at the Noga Funeral Home with the time of the service to be announced. Interment will follow the service in Oak Park Cemetery.
