Anderson Valley Man Dead—Long Was Here Rudolph Eten, who died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Jennie Dutro, at Philo,' was burled at Shields cemetery, Father Sebastian Brennan oftlciatlng. Mr. Elen was Born in Switzerland in 1850. He came to America when a young man and at St. Louis waa married married to Agatha Betchaid. In 1888^Mr. Eten moved to Anderson valley. In later years he siierit some time on the const and In Healdsburg but for the pnat year had been in Anderson valley. Deceased Is survived by his wife, two sons, Rudolph J. and Stepen Eten, all of Ph'.lo, and three daughters, Mrs. W. Peterson and ^'s. James Dutro, of Phlio, and Mra. E. Farrer, of Santa Rosa.
