I HUCHiiLAKD, Sept. 21 (Regular . coiv.ospondence of THE SUN.) Cap tain Alexis E. Frye, who opened up the Frye tract a few months ago, has given out the news that as soon as he returns from a trip to the east he will commence building In the new add! tion, which is to be known as Boulder Park. In addition to this he also said that he was looking for transportation for people In that section of town to High land aril that while it was understood that the Traction company was going to run their line over to Boulder ave nue and thence north to Highland or Aiianuc avenue, It might be some time, so he was going to put on an au tomoblle until the cars began run ning. This venture Is not a money-mak ing affair, he says, and he only in tends to make a charge of three cents per ride, and on commutation tickets even that charge will be lowered. ihere will tie no set route, patrons ilesiring to go by the way of Base Line, Pacific, Atlantic or Highland avenues will be accommodated. The car, which will be a big tourist or coach car, will run every half hour, connecting with the electric cars at Palm avenue, and all trains on the Santa Fe. Captain Frye intended to commence building this month, expecting to put up four houses right away, but he has another of his school geographies ready for the press amdi the publishers have asked him to get it in as soon as possible. Other circumstances have come up within the past few weeks that have kept back his plans.
