Mc-Closkey, Miriam R. McWhorter The funeral of Miriam Radley McWhorter, 77, of 109 W. Market St., Bloomington, who died Wednesday (June 8, 1983), will be at , 10 a.m. Satur day at Metzler Memorial Home, Bloomington, Bloomington, the Rev. Samuel Buck officiating. officiating. Burial will be in Park Hill Cemetery, Bloomington. Visitation will be from 6 to 9 tonight at the memorial home where the Mrs. McWhorter Women of the Moose will conduct a service. The organization will also conduct a memorial service at 7:30 p.m. Mrs. McWhorter was born Dec. 20, 1905, near Sheffield, England, a daughter of George H. and Alice Allford Radley. She married William William B. McWhorter Oct. 16, 1926, in Peoria. He died Dec. 2, 1980. Surviving are a brother, William Radley, Rockport, Texas; and three sisters, Hilda McGrath, 109 W. Market Market St., Bloomington; Mary McCub-bin, McCub-bin, McCub-bin, 409 E. Market St., Bloomington; and Mable Poulton, 1100 N. Walnut St., Normal. A brother and three sisters preceded preceded her in death. Mrs. McWhorter was employed for 17 years with Kinlock-Bloom-ington Kinlock-Bloom-ington Kinlock-Bloom-ington Kinlock-Bloom-ington Kinlock-Bloom-ington and Wabash Telephone Co. in Bloomington and later worked for the Illinois Bell Telephone Co., Canton, retiring in 1960. She was a Methodist and a member member of the Royal Neighbors of America Lodge 637, Bloomington, and the Women of the Moose Lodge of Canton. at at to at
