MARTIN, Allan "Bud" E. Allan "Bud" E. Martin, 80, of East Windsor, beloved husband of Jeanne (Thorpe) Martin, died Monday, (April 8, 2002) at a local convalescent home. Born in North ; Woodstock, NH, son of the late William and Retta (Hart) Martin, he lived in Windsor Locks and Enfield Enfield before moving to East Windsor Windsor last year. Prior to his retirement, retirement, Allan was employed by Amerbelle Inc., Rockville, for many years. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II. He was an ' active member of Bethany Baptist Church, East Windsor, where he .was Assistant Treasurer, and a leader in the Christian Service Brigade. Brigade. Allan spent many hours helping to construct the church. - Besides his loving wife of over 55 years, he is survived by a brother, Raymond Martin of Burbank, CA; a sister-in-law, sister-in-law, sister-in-law, sister-in-law, sister-in-law, Etta Martin of North Woodstock, NH; a niece, Sharon Bartlett of Lincoln, NH; three nephews, Steven Martin of Woodstock, NH, James Martin of Lincoln, NH and Gerald Martin of Montana. Allan was predeceased by two brothers, Ralph and William William Martin; and a sister, Lyle Ber-' Ber-' Ber-' ry. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, April 11, 11 a.m. in Bethany Bethany Baptist Church, East Windsor. Windsor. Burial will be in Melrose Cemetery, Cemetery, East Windsor, with Mili-; Mili-; Mili-; tary Honors.
