Baltimore, Nov. 14 (/P)—Sitting in .he chair in which he cannot move without the use of crutches, Michae! H. Bandel, grocery store proprietor last night drove off a negro would be robber with a toy pistol. Bandel told police the negro en- lered his store near midnight and flourished a revolver. Grabbing the toy pistol, he pointed it at the ne- CTO, he srid and after a moment of indecision, the marauder fled, firing ,one shot as he left the store.
