Dillinger's dad - I There is a tragic note to be dis-covered in...
I There is a tragic note to be dis-covered in the hurrah and hulla-balloo over the killing of John Dil-lingcr, public enemy No. 1, and it is furnished by the father of the dead desperado, who yesterday drove with an undertaker from Mooresville, Ind., to Chicago, to claim the body of his son this morning. No bitterness is voiced by Dillinger Sr., but listen as this father bereft says: "You know, I can't think John was bad all the way through."
