Virgil Hokeah Funeral for Virgil [,. Hokeah, 49. of m Monroe, who died at 2:30 p.m. Sunday in PHS Indian Hospital after a short illness, will be at 10 a.m. Friday in Lhe Firsl PenecosLal Church of God. Rev. George Geimausaddle, pastor of White Church, Carnegie, will officiate. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens under direction of Becker Funeral Home. An all-night wake will begin at 7 p.m. Thursday at the church. Mr. Hokeah was born Jan. 24, 1928, in lhe Saddle Mountain Community. He was married to Laverna Cody on Feb. 26, 1972, in Lawton, He was a construction carpenter and lived in the Lawton area all his life. He was a member of the First Penecostal Church of God here. Survivors include his wife of the home; three daughters; Mrs. Linda Tahsequah, 1616 B; Mrs. Virgilene Chavez, 1801 Smith; and Mrs. Patricia Rothwell, Staples, Minn.; a son, Vernon, Walters; his mother, Mrs. Jessie Burgess. 1312 Park; two sisters: Mrs. Sally Labeau, North Dakota; and Mrs. Ruth Ann Munoz, 1707 Liberty; two brothers: Paul. Cleveland, Ohio; and Charles, Arkansas; and ten grandchildren.
