Trial Dates Set In Liquor Cases Pleas of not guilty are entered by G. M. Allam and A. D. Dimmick of Pleasant View before Justice of the Peace Newell H. Baum of Pleasant View precinct and their trials set for January 6 and 5 respectively on charges of selling wine illegally. The two were arrested by state liquor control commission and sheriffs men Monday. Frank Schemansky of Lake View, charged similarly following arrest the. same day, pleaded guilty in city court. Officers asserted they found wine at all three properties and. alleged that the three were ing the product.
