MONDAY EVENING, ?G,C,DE Heart Attack On Visit Is Fatal; Funeral To Be Held Tuesday Charles Collins De Wees, 74, died Sunday afternoon, at three, o'.clock o'.clock following a heart attack at the family tome, 488 Cross street He had been ill for several weeks but was apparently greatly improved improved Sunday afternoon. He was visiting with his daughter, Mrs. Dorothy De Wees. Wheelwright, assistant western 'regional director, division of women's and professional professional projects, WPA, at Salt Lake City, when he was stricken. with the attack. . Mr. De Wees was born in Philadelphia, Pa., August 19, 1862, a of Joseph and Eunice Watts De Wees. He had operated a grocery and meat business at Kearney, Neb., prior to his moving to in 1909. He operated a meat business business here until his retirement several several years ago. He was married to Ann Sear November, 1896, at Kearney. She died here December 31, 1936. Mrs. Wheelwright and a grandson, grandson, Charles De Wees Wheelwright, Wheelwright, are his only survivors. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at two p.m. in Larkin Sons drawing room, with Patriarch Miles L. Jones of the L-D.S. stake conducting. Friends, may call at the chapel 'this afternoon and evening and Tuesday until one-thirty o'clock. Interment will be in the Ogden City cemetery.
