Miss Pruett Weds Mr.M.R. Rodger s The marriage of Miss Virginia Dianne Pruett, daughter of Mrs. Estelle B. Pruett and the late William 0. Pruett of Colonial Heights to Michael R. Rodgers of Romance, Ark., son of Mrs. Helen Rodgers o f Memphis, Term, and the late Ralph E. Rodgers, took place at 2:30 p.m. yesterday at the home of the bride, Colonial Heights. The Rev. Mark N. Hicks performed the double-ring ceremony. Given in marriage by her brother, William H. Pruett of Colonial Heights, the bride wore a gown of white wool and white and pale green lace. Her elbow length veil of tulle illusion fell from 'an organza; rosette with seed nearls and slie carried a white Bible topped ^vith a white orchid and pale green streamers. Miss Hallie 0. Pruett of Colonial Heights, sister of the bride, was maid of honor. She wore a cotton dress of russett color with a matching bow in her hair. Francis E. Bloxton, of Powhatan, Va., uncle of the bride, was best man. For her daughter's wedding, Mrs. Pruett chose a sheath dress of ecrat grey with white accessories. A reception was held at the home of the bride. The couple is taking the Northern Route to Romance, Ark. where they will make their home. SOUTHS!
