of CITY PATROLMAN IS CHARGED WITH ASSAULT REPORT OF TROUBLE MADE TO PROSECUTOR RUCKER. STORY OF GEORGE L. DAVIS Prosecutor Rucker announced Tuesday that he- had filed an affidavit charging- Patrick Morlne, ' a city patrolman, with assault and battery. The affidavit was filed Jn city court. Kuckers action follows a report to him of an alleged assault committed by the patrolman. The victim was George Davis, colored. 1631 Aivord street, a chore man for W. D. Allison, a business man who lives at lt5 park avenue, hlr. Alli son, called at the home of Prosecutor Hnrker and explained to him the details of the aasault as related by Davis.
