to ago a of prison a Aged and Respected Resident of T i p Is Dead at Age of TIPTON, Jan. 27--(Special) -Mrs. J. E. Fahevty, aged 85 years, one of Tipton's most respected citizens passed away at her home early Friday morning, death due to infirmities of old age. Mr. and Mrs. Faherly celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary a short time ago and have been residents of Tipton for a large number of years. Besides the aged husband, Mrs. Faherty Is survived by the following children, Mrs. T. C. Pinkley and Mrs. Margaret DeLlsle of Portagqville, Mo., Alfred ; Faherly and Raluli Faherty of Kansas City, Mo., Oscar Faherty and Gregory Fahcrty of Tipton. she also leaves a number grandchildren and great grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted from St. Andrew's Catholic Church Monday morning at 9 o'clock, Rev. Father John Metzdort officiating. EurltU in Catholic cemetery.
